Excelec, was the main technology supplier (both hardware and software) for the Visionamos network, whose purpose is to offer to cooperative members, agile and modern electronic financial services. The Visionamos network requieres a server that is based on Visa's Payment Application Best Practices (PABP). And Excelec took his knowledge for develop this new requirement.
